Policies and Guidelines

  1. To rent one of our venues for a wedding reception, you must be married in a Catholic Church.
  2. Client must select a caterer from the provided preferred list. If your desired caterer is not on the list, please contact Event Planners QuES Meeting and Events for approval.
  3. Clients are required to utilize security officers provided by Venues at Mission Concepción. The fee is $65 an hour per officer.
    • 1 officer for events with no alcohol served
    • 2 officers per event with alcohol served
    • 3 officers for a quinceañera
  4. Venue does not allow BYOB events. A TABC-certified bartender must serve all alcohol through a preferred caterer or bar service.
