Policies and Guidelines
- To rent one of our venues for a wedding reception, you must be married in a Catholic Church.
- Client must select a caterer from the provided preferred list. If your desired caterer is not on the list, please contact Event Planners QuES Meeting and Events for approval.
- Clients are required to utilize security officers provided by Venues at Mission Concepción. The fee is $65 an hour per officer.
- 1 officer for events with no alcohol served
- 2 officers per event with alcohol served
- 3 officers for a quinceañera
- Venue does not allow BYOB events. A TABC-certified bartender must serve all alcohol through a preferred caterer or bar service.
