March Community Camino "A Walk with St. Francis"

Join us Saturday, March 14th for our “Walk with St. Francis” Community Camino.

Walking in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, we will make our way in simplicity, peace, and trust in God’s providence. This month, we begin at Mission Concepcion, gathering at the Padre Margil Pilgrimage Center. As we walk along the banks of the San Antonio River, making our way to San Fernando Cathedral, we will pause twice to remember the humility and joy that marked St. Francis’ path. In a world often filled with noise and chaos, this Camino becomes a sacred space of stillness, prayer, and renewal.

⏰ Check-in at 8 a.m.

• Check in at 8 am at the Padre Margil Pilgrimage Center, located behind Mission Concepcion, 807 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78210.
• Please park in the Mission Concepcion parking lot. Parking is free.
• This will be a one way walk to San Fernando Cathedral. Pilgrims can choose to walk back, take Via bus route #42, or secure a rideshare.
• Total walking time is about 1 hour, and the guided tour will last 15 minutes at each Mission.
• Please bring a refillable water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
• Clean bathrooms, coffee shop, gift store, and water bottle fill stations are located at the Pilgrimage Center
